The highly successful Rebekah Hoppel Salcedo Leadership Development Program (RHS LDP) is now accepting applicants for the 7th cohort!

This sought-after leadership program will expand your knowledgebase and support you in crafting and fine-tuning your skills as a leader within your institution, your state, the WASFAA region, and the higher education profession. The RHS LDP offers focused training and collaborative group work along with a yearlong, one-to-one mentorship program to develop the next generation of leaders.

For 2026–2027, RHS LDP will continue its successful partnership with WASFAA’s Sister Dale Brown Summer Institute (SDBSI). Mentors and mentees will actively participate in organizing and delivering this top-notch training event.

Save the Date!

The 2027 WASFAA Sister Dale Brown Summer Institute will take place in the second week of June. More details are coming soon—mark your calendar and stay tuned!

Although attendance at SDBSI is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. Travel, registration, and lodging will be paid for by WASFAA for all mentors and mentees.
