Note from the Editors:
Peny Bendorovicz shared the news of Lorrie Rogers,
who passed away March 23, 2002. Several kind
thoughts in memory of her were posted to the
WASFAA Listserv. We felt it appropriate to include
one in particular here in the Newsletter.
In Remembrance of Lorrie Rogers
I will miss Lorrie but forever have my memories.
I'll remember the Arizona
newcomer with the great
warm smile and even
warmer heart.
I'll remember the gracious
lady who never had a negative
response to any student's question.
I'll remember the woman who
loved life and loved her work.
I'll remember a colleague who
developed into a leader and mentor.
I'll remember a friend who was
never without a hug when you
needed one.
I'll remember.
