Mission Statement: The Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators is a professional organization of individuals in the western region of the United States who administer or advance access and choice to higher education through the administration of student financial assistance programs. WASFAA's mission is to promote student financial aid and educational opportunities for students by providing personal and professional development to its members. WASFAA's eight states and territories include: Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and the freely associated nations of the Pacific. Membership: WASFAA's membership is an individual membership and is part of the WASFAA Conference registration fee. Membership dues for 2010-2011 (May 1 - April 30) are $50. If you don't attend the WASFAA Conference, membership can be paid when you register for any of the training activities. Click HERE to access the membership application. WASFAA's Main Focus is training in financial aid administration.
