"Special Early Registration Drawing" - The Coeur d'Alene Resort is offering three early registration prizes. Any person who registers for the conference by February 28, 2010 at 5 p.m. and reserves a room at the Coeur d'Alene Resort will have his or her name placed in a drawing for one of three prizes. The first person whose name is drawn will have a choice of $100 hotel gift card, an upgrade to a beautiful suite at the premier room rate, a free Swedish massage at the resort, or a free round of golf. Second and third prize winners will be able to upgrade their rooms to a bridal suite at the premier room rate. Winners must stay at the resort during the conference in order to receive their prizes and the prizes are not transferrable. The drawing will take place shortly after the deadline of February 28, 2010 and winners will be notified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:The conference registration cancellation deadline is Friday, March 26 at 5 p.m. PST. Refunds will be processed automatically for registration cancellations by this deadline. All requests for refunds after the Friday, March 26, 5:00 p.m. PST refund deadline must be submitted in writing. Please include the name of the participant who is canceling, the reason for the request and the address to which a refund check, if the request is approved, should be mailed.
