Conference Cost Information
ONLINE REGISTRATION will open soon and will be available
until Friday, March 31, 2006. To register after that date you will need to
register
at the
conference
site, and provide
payment (check or credit card) when you register.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION & CONFERENCE CHECK-IN:
Saturday, April 1st: 4pm-6pm
Sunday, April 2nd: 9am – 5pm
Monday, April 3rd: 7:30am – 10:00am
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. All requests for cancellations and refunds must be in writing. Please make
sure to provide the name of the registrant canceling and the address to mail
any refund check.
2. The last day to cancel and request a refund is Wednesday, March 8, 2006,
5pm PST. No requests for refunds will be honored after close of business on
this date. To cancel and request a refund, either fax or e-mail:

Conference Fees:
The conference fee includes the cost of materials and meals (including breaks).
Early-Bird registration fee (registered
by February 17th, 5pm PST) = $265
On-Time registration fee (registered
by March 13th, 5pm PST) = $315
Late registration fee (registered
after March 13th, 5pm PST) = $365
On-Time One-Day registration
fee (registered by March 13th, 5pm PST) = $185
Late One-Day registration fee
(registered after March 13th, 5pm PST) = $210
NOTE: 2006-2007 Membership dues ($40) will be automatically
added to your registration if they have not already been paid.
The registration fee refund deadline is March 8th, 5pm PST. No refunds will
be issued after March 8th, 5pm PST.

Vendor note:
Conference registration is not included in vendor sponsorship. Vendors
that are already WASFAA sponsors will be contacted with exhibit information.

Hotel Room Reservations / Costs
WASFAA Conference Room rate = $99/night + tax (currently 13.5% +
$3.00 energy tax)
Total estimated cost = $115/night with tax
